ORDER - Use our secure shopping cart system to order online or to create a form which you can fax or mail
  • The Shopping Cart (known as a Shopping Basket in some countries) works exactly the same way as when you are in a supermarket. Browse our "virtual shelves" and select the items which interest you. From the detailed description pages just click on "Add to Cart" if you want to make a selection of that item, knowing that (just like in a supermarket) you do not have to "Checkout" with the item you have selected because you can still remove it from your cart.
  • To change the quantity or remove an item from your shopping cart click on "View Shopping Cart" You will see all the items in your cart. After you modify the quantity or select "delete", click "Make Changes". This will automatically update your shopping cart to reflect any changes you made. Then "Continue Shopping" or "Checkout"
  • When you are finished shopping, click on "View Cart". You will see a list of all the items you have selected. To purchase these items select the "Checkout" button. You will be asked how you want to order. For most people the "Secure Ordering" method will be the best selection. Your confidential information will be encrypted for secure transmission to us.
  • If you do not want to transmit credit card information over the Internet, then select the "Fax/Mail Form" alternative to get a fax form you can complete and fax to our password- protected, secure fax system
  • You will then see the order summary page. On this page the items that you are ordering are listed with the sub-total of your order. Shipping charges are already included in all our prices. We do not charge Sales Tax as we pay it for US deliveries wherever necessary. Complete the delivery information and credit card information If you are satisfied with your selection click "Submit".



DELIVERY - We work with all our suppliers to get your purchase to you as fast as possible
  • All our pages show anticipated delivery times. Many also show current availability on the product.
  • Where we have alternative suppliers we use the fastest, whatever the cost to us.
  • If your order comes from several different sources, we ship your order in instalments as we receive the various items at no extra charge to you.
  • You may check on the progress of your order at any time by entering your Order Confirmation Number on our status check page.
  • We ship by US Priority Mail or UPS Ground to the US and airmail to all other countries.



PAYMENT
  • Delivery charges are included in the stated price of every product we sell.
  • We never charge you until your order ships.
  • Corporations, government, and educational institutions may fax us a Purchase Order without prior account application.
  • We accept all major credit cards, checks (cheques), Money Orders, and direct interbank transfers.
  • You can pass your order number to your family, friends, colleagues - or use it yourself - to receive a 10% discount on new purchases within 30 days



SECURITY
  • Our privacy policy protects your personal data.
  • All orders through our cart are encrypted for security.
  • Your personal and order information is retained on systems which are not accessible from the internet.
