Lindsay Osborne

Lindsay Osborne is a resident of Sydney, Australia. He balances his photographic activities with hobbies as a bass guitar player, and a thriving business teaching Tae Kwon Do in which martial art he is a 6th Dan Black Belt.

Lindsay says of these motivational posters:-
"We felt that many of the current motivational posters could be effective in certain settings
but lacked the sublety required in many corporate offices. We also wanted to create new poster material which acknowledged people's intelligence rather than simply exhorting them to work harder as if they were machines. I believe that many of the current posters start at the wrong point, with a stock photograph. This may be a brilliant shot, but it doesn't always suit the message. Sometimes it's so overpowering and the message so strident that I would fear alienating rather than motivating my staff. Even if our messages are too subtle for some people, I am much more comfortable with this thinking-person's approach to motivation."
